The musical life of national minorities in the ghetto Terezín during The Second World War

Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na hudební dění v terezínském ghettu v průběhu druhé světové války. Přibližuje životy významných osobností hudební scény, které terezínským ghettem prošly. Práce dále popisuje, jak obsáhlý, různorodý a vysoce profesionální kulturní život dokázali věznění lidé v terezínském ghettu udržet.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on musical life in the Terezín ghetto during the Second World War. It introduces the lives of important personalities of the music scene who were deported to Terezín ghetto. The thesis further describes how extensive, diverse and highly professional cultural life they were able to maintain.
