Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení ochrany spotřebitele v České republice a na Novém Zélandu a identifikace největších rozdílů. Snahou je také zjištění pravděpodobných příčin těchto rozdílů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě kapitoly, z nichž první je věnována ochraně spotřebitele v České republice, druhá část se zabývá ochranou spotřebitele na Novém Zélandu. The aim of this thesis is the evaluation of consumer protection in the Czech Republic and in New Zealand and identification of the biggest differences. There is also an endeavour to find out, what are the causes of those differences.
