Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se snaží pojmout výklad o trestných činech proti rodině a dětem v jedné publikaci. Práce je zahájena obecným pojednáním a porovnáním s historickou úpravou. Následují kapitoly odpovídající trestným činům v Hlavě IV. trestního zákoníku. U každého z trestných činů nejprve vykládá základní pojmy, dále následuje rozbor skutkové podstaty.
