Functionalized Amides of 14. Group Elements

Abstract:

V rámci této bakalářské práce byla vypracována literární rešerše na téma funkcionalizované amidy prvků 14. skupiny. Z literární rešerše bylo zjištěno, že místo stéricky náročných amidů se může použít amidoboránový fragment. Amidoborány vznikají substitucí organických substituentů na atomu dusíku funkční skupinou BR2 a následnou deprotonizací. Vyznačují se sníženou Lewisovou bazicitou atomu dusíku a přítomností násobné vazby B=N. Dále bylo zjištěno, že tyto amidoboránové ligandy byly využity k syntéze komplexů přechodných kovů. Takto připravené amidoboránové komplexy přechodných kovů vykazují nízké koordinační čísla centrálních atomů. Z literatury je také zřejmé, že amidoboránové ligandy doposud nebyly výrazně použity v chemii nepřechodných kovů. V experimentální části této bakalářské práce byly připraveny dva nové aminoborány L1,2H. Jejich následnou deprotonizací byly připraveny odpovídající amidoborány lithné L1,2Li, které pak následně byly využity k přípravě nových amidoboránů nepřechodných prvků [Sn(L1)2] (1), [Pb(L1)2] (2), [Sb(L1)3] (3), [Ga(L1)2] (4) a [Sb(L2)3] (5). Sloučeniny 1 ? 5 byly charakterizovány pomocí 1H NMR spektroskopie a v případě sloučenin 1 a 2 byla struktura prokázána rentgenovou difrakční analýzou.

Abstract:

As part of this Bachelor´s work was written out a literature review on the theme of functionalized amides of 14. group elements. The literature review revealed that it can be used borylamido fragment instead of sterically demanding amides. Amidoboranes are formed by substitution of organic substituents on the nitrogen atom by the functional group BR2, followed by deprotonation. They are characterized by a reduced Lewis basicity and the presence of nitrogen multiple bonds B=N. Furthermore, it was found that these borylamido ligands were used for the synthesis of transition metal complexes. Thus prepared borylamido transition metal complexes exhibit a low coordination number of the central atoms. From literature it is also obvious that borylamido ligands have not been significantly used in the chemistry of non-transition metals. In the experimental part of this thesis has been prepared two new aminoborane L1,2H. Their subsequent deprotonation were prepared appropriate lithium borylamides L1,2Li, which in turn were used to prepare new borylamido complexes of non-transition elements [Sn(L1)2] (1), [Pb(L1)2] (2), [Sb(L1)3] (3), [Ga(L1)2] (4) a [Sb(L2)3] (5). Compounds 1?5 were characterized by 1H NMR spectroscopy and in the case of compounds 1 and 2, the structure was proved by X-ray diffraction analysis.
