Práce se zabývá analýzou exprese cytochromu P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) v nádorové a nenádorové jaterní tkáni pacientů s hepatocelulárním karcinomem a exprese jeho hlavních regulátorů, nukleárních receptorů: pregnanového X receptoru (PXR) a konstitutivního androstanového receptoru (CAR). Presented study analyzes the expression of cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) in tumor and surrounding liver tissue in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and its main regulators, nuclear receptors: the pregnane X receptor (PXR) and the constitutive androstan receptor (CAR).
