Anotácia:

Práce se zabývá otázkou mezinárodní policejní spolupráce a Interpolem, jakožto organizací, která na světové úrovni napomáhá tuto spolupráci realizovat. Probrán zde bude historický vývoj Interpolu a následně jeho organizační struktura v současné době, včetně nástrojů, kterých organizace při svých činnostech využívá. Krom toho bude věnována pozornost také dalším formám mezinárodní policejní spolupráce a to zejména na území Evropské unie. V této části poté bude vysvětlena spolupráce mezi Interpolem a Evropským policejním úřadem známým pod zkratkou Europol.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of international police cooperation and Interpol as an organization that helps to implement this cooperation at the global level. It will discuss the historical development of Interpol and then its organisational structure at present, including the tools used by the organisation in its activities. In addition, attention will be paid to other forms of international police cooperation, particularly within the European Union. This section will then explain the cooperation between Interpol and the European Police Office, known as Europol.
