The Duties of Employers in Working/legal Relationships. Adherance to the Rules

Abstract:

Za téma bakalářské práce jsem si zvolila Povinnosti zaměstnavatelů v pracovněprávních vztazích a jejich dodržování. Z důvodu získání všeobecného přehledu o vývoji pracovněprávních vztahů, se v začátku bakalářské práce zabývám proměnou těchto vztahů v období od rozvoje moderního pracovního práva na konci 18.století až do současnosti. Dále se pak v jednotlivých kapitolách zaměřuji na nejdůležitější právní předpisy upravující pracovněprávní vztahy v současné době, základní povinnosti v pracovněprávních vztazích jak ze strany zaměstnavatele, tak i zaměstnance, kontrolní činnost zákonem pověřených orgánů. Následně shromažďuji a analyzuji poznatky o nejčastějších porušeních v oblasti pracovněprávních vztahů včetně specifických příkladů. V závěru bakalářské práce porovnávám povinnosti zaměstnavatelů a zaměstnanců a zamýšlím se nad dalším vývojem pracovněprávních vztahů.

Abstract:

As a topic of my bachelor´s thesis I have chosen the Duties of Employers in the employer-employee relationship and observance of them. At the beginning of my bachelor´s thesis and in order to achieve a general survey over the development of master-servant relationship, I am dealing with the change of these relations in the period from the development of the modern Employment Law at the end of the 18th century till now. Further on and in the single chapters, I concentrate myself on the most important procedural rules regulating the employer-employee relations nowadays, basic duties in the employer-employee relations from the point of view of the employer and the employee as well and reviewing activity of authorities authorized by law. I then collect and analyze information about the most frequent infringements in the scope of employer-employee relations, including specific examples. At the end of the bachelor´s thesis, I compare the duties of the employers and of the employees and I think about futher development of employer-employee relations.
