Bakalářská práce „Rovné příležitosti žen a mužů na pracovním trhu“ se věnuje vývoji postavení žen v kontextu dějin. Pojednává o segregaci na trhu práce, přetrvávající diskriminaci žen v přístupu k zaměstnání a platových rozdílech v hodnocení mužů a žen. Bachelor thesis ‘Equal Opportunities of Women and Men on the Labour Market‘ deals with the development of the position of women in the context of history.
