Abstract:
Účelem této práce je poskytnout základní předhled o změnách, které přináší nařízení č. 805/2004, kterým se zavádí evropský exekuční titul pro nesporné nároky, a srovnat ho s nařízením (ES) č. 44/2001.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to give an overview of changes brought by Regulation (EC) No 805/2004 creating a European enforcement order for uncontested claims and compare it with Regulation (EC) No 44/2001 - known as Regulation Brussels I.
