Supervision and Control of Independent and Delegated Powers of Municipalities
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá výzkumem dohledových činností, jimiž jsou dozor a kontrola nad samostatnou a přenesenou působností. Dohledové činnosti jsou pojaty z hlediska obcí. Součástí je popis legislativního ukotvení dozoru a kontroly. Praktické poznatky jsou analyzovány na základě výzkumu ze zvolené obce. Následuje diskuse nad výsledky.
Abstract:
My Bachelor thesis look into survey of supervisioned actvities, which are supervision and control of independent and delegated power. Supervisioned activities are conseived from municipalities point of view. Part of this is describe of legislative anchorage of supervision and control.
