Organisational structure of chosen non-profit organisation

Abstract:

Předložená práce Organizační struktura vybrané neziskové organizace je zaměřena na analýzu organizačního uspořádání neziskové studentské organizace AIESEC. V teoretické části práce je souhrn teoretických poznatků o problematice organizování a organizačního uspořádání z odborné literatury. Nashromážděné poznatky slouží jako podklad pro pokračovaní práce v praktické části. Druhá, praktická, část je zaměřena srovnání současného stavu organizační struktury s jinou neziskovou organizací a celkové zhodnocení tohoto stavu z pohledu teorie. Na hodnocení navazuje popis dopadů současné organizační struktury na marketingové řízení. V rámci práci je podrobně rozebrána struktura organizace AIESEC a na základě teoretických poznatků je poukázáno na problematická místa ve struktuře. V závěru práce jsou doporučené změny za účelem optimalizace organizační struktury.

Abstract:

The present work, Organisational structure of chosen non-profit organisation, is focused on analyzing the organizational structure of non-profit student organization AIESEC. The theoretical part is a summary of theoretical knowledge about the organizing and organizational structures from the literature. Accumulated knowledge serves as a basis for follow-up work in the practical part. The second, practical part, deals with comparison of the current state of organizational structure with other NGO and the general assessment of the situation from the perspective of the theory. The evaluation is followed by a description of the impact of the current organizational structure on marketing management. The detailed structure of the organization AIESEC is described and challenges based on theoretical knowledge are pointed out in the work. There are also recommended changes to optimize the organizational structure in the conclusion.
