Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práci se zabývá analýzou vlivu stresu na pracovní výkon. Práce se skládá se dvou částí, první je část teoretická. V první kapitole této části je charakterizován stres z pohledu psychologického a biomedicínského. Následuje druhá kapitola, která se věnuje pracovnímu stresu a stresorům. Třetí kapitola se zabývá metodami analýzy stresových faktorů. Poslední úsek teoretické části je zaměřen na zvládání stresu na straně vlastní, a také na straně zaměstnavatele. V úvodu praktické části je představen vybraný podnik Česká telekomunikační infrastruktura a.s., v kterém je analyzovaná souvislost mezi výkonností zaměstnanců a jejich stresovou zátěží. Pro tuto analýzu je zvolená metoda dotazníkového šetření. Na základě výsledků dotazníků jsou navrhnuté řešení na snížení nebo případná odstranění stresových faktorů v daném podniku.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the influence of stress on work performance. The thesis consists of two parts: The first is the theoretical part. In the first chapter of this part, the stress is characterized from the psychological and biomedical point of view. The second chapter deals with stress and stressors. The third chapter deals with methods of the stress factor analysis. The last chapter of the theoretical part of this thesis focuses on stress management on both the employees´ and employers´side. The second part of this thesis is the practical part. In the introduction of the practical part is presents the selected company Česká telekomunikační infrastruktura a.s. is presented and then the connection between employee performance and stress is analysed. For this analysis a questionnaire survey method was chosen. Finally, a solution for reducing or eliminating stress factors in the company is proposed.
