Abstract:

Práce se zabývá pohledem sociálních pracovníků na přínosy a rizika supervize v organizaci. Teoretická část vymezuje základní koncepty práce jako supervize, supervize v organizaci, výkon profese sociálního pracovníka, přínosy a rizika. Výzkum byl zacílen na zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky, která zní: Jaké jsou přínosy a jaká rizika supervize v organizaci z pohledu sociálních pracovníků? Za použití kvalitativní výzkumné strategie byly provedeny polostrukturované rozhovory se sociálními pracovníky. Podmínkou pro účast byla zkušenost supervize v organizace. Výzkum poskytl zjištění, že přínos supervize pro sociální pracovníky spočívá v prevenci syndromu vyhoření, podpoře a příležitosti zvládat těžkosti spojené s výkonem jejich profese. Sociální pracovníky supervize obohacuje, když mohou mezi pracovními povinnostmi získat čas sami pro sebe, prostor pro sebereflexi. Své problémy mohou sociální pracovníci sdílet v bezpečné, důvěrné a podporující atmosféře, získat na ně nový pohled a pracovat na hledání jejich řešení. Za rizika supervize sociální pracovníci považují nedostupnost supervizora pro krizovou supervizi, nedostatek času pro častější supervizi, traumatizaci v důsledku necitlivého nakládání s názory supervidovaných. Dalším rizikem supervize je ztráta času, pokud je považována za zbytečnou povinnost.

Abstract:

This thesis examines the view of social workers on benefits and risks of the supervision in an organization. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of this thesis such as supervision, supervision in an organization, social work as a proffesion, benefits and risks. The aim of the research is to answer the following question: What are the benefits and the risks of the supervision in an organization from the point of view of the social workers? Semi-structured interviews with social workers were conducted using qualitative research strategy. The condition for the participation in the research was an experience with supervision in an organization. The research has found that the benefits are prevention of burnout, support and opportunity to cope with difficulties associated with their profession. The supervision is enriching for the social workers if they can gain some time for themselves and for self-reflection.Social workers can discuss their problems with the others in a safe, confidential and supportive environment, get a new point of view on the solutions of their problems. Social workers consider that the risks of the supervision can be the following: an unavailability of supervisor for the critical supervision, lack of time for more frequent supervision and traumatization by insensitive handling of supervisee´s opinions. Another risk of supervision is the waste of time in the case if supervision is considered an unnecessary obligation.
