Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zločinem z nenávisti v České republice, jeho charakteristikou, příčinami a prevencí při řešení těchto problémů. Tyto zločiny jsou motivovány nenávistí k určitým druhům lidí či skupin, a to z důvodu domnělé nebo skutečné charakteristiky oběti, kterou může být příslušnost k rase, národnosti, náboženství, sexuální orientace a jiné. V České republice je toto téma a problematika spojena s extremismem a předsudečnou nenávistí, kterým je v práci věnována část kapitoly. V práci je obsaženo vymezení nejzákladnějších pojmů souvisejících s tímto tématem, jako jsou např. rasismus, předsudečná nenávist, xenofobie, stereotypy aj. Práce obsahuje příčiny páchání zločinů z nenávisti, jakými způsoby se může tato nenávist projevit a jaké jsou nejohroženější skupiny. Zmiňuje způsoby propagace a poukazuje na vliv médií a internetu na veřejnost společně s jejich možným nebezpečím. Dále pak právní legislativu České republiky a v neposlední řadě možnosti prevence trestných činů z nenávisti. V práci je využita metoda kvantitativního výzkumu veřejného mínění formou dotazníkového šetření s následným vyhodnocením. Rozhovory s dotazovanými, jichž se tato problematika týká, doplněné mými komentáři. A dále ještě sběrem dat a diagnostikou problému.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with hate crime in the Czech Republic, its characteristics, causes and solutions to the prevention of these problems. These crimes are motivated by hatred of certain types of people or groups because of the alleged or actual characteristics of the victim, which may be race, nationality, religion, sexual orientation and others. In the Czech Republic, this topic and issue is associated with extremism and prejudiced hatred, to which part of the chapter is devoted. The thesis contains a definition of the most basic terms related to this topic, such as racism, prejudiced hatred, xenophobia, stereotypes, etc. The work contains the causes of committing hate crimes, what are the most endangered groups in the Czech Republic and how this hatred can manifest itself. Ways of promotion and how much influence the media and the Internet have on the public and how dangerous they are. Furthermore, the legal legislation of the Czech Republic and, last but not least, the possibility of preventing hate crimes. The method of quantitative public opinion research is used in this work, in the form of a questionnaire survey with subsequent evaluation. Furthermore, interviews with respondents who are concerned with this issue, supplemented by my comments. And data collection and problem diagnosis.
