Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje popisu původního obyvatelstva Kanárských ostrovů z genetické perspektivy založené na určení haploskupin a haplotypů daného geografického původu. Jedná se o haploskupiny a haplotypy mitochondriální DNA, chromozomu Y a autozomálních genetických markerů, které byly použity pro detekci domorodých kanárských genů. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the characteristics of the indigenous Canary Islands population from a genetic perspective based on the determination of haplogroups and haplotypes of a given geographic origin. These are haplogroups and haplotypes of mitochondrial DNA, Y chromosome and autosomal genetic markers, which were used for the detection of autochthonous Canary genes.
