První kapitola popisuje koncept soft power a veřejné diplomacie. Druhá část se zabývá systémem občansko-politického vzdělávání v Německu a charakterizuje jednoho z jeho důležitých aktérů -- politické nadace. The first chapter describes the concept of soft power and public diplomacy. The second part deals with the system of civic education in Germany and characterises one of its important actors -- the political foundations.
