Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá možností zavedení standardů řízení kvality dle normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 u 223. letky oprav letecké techniky. Posuzuje požadavky jak civilních tak i vojenských předpisů pro jednotlivé oblasti aplikace systémů řízení kvality a navrhuje možná řešení sporných bodů . Součástí této práce je zpracování návrhu příručky jakosti.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the possibility of introducing the quality management standards according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 at 223. maintenance squadron. Considers requirements of both the civilian and military standards for every area of future quality management system application and suggests possible solutions of conflicting issues. Part of this thesis is creating the draft of the quality manual.
