Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám právní a ekonomickou analýzou leasingu. Ekonomický rozbor v první části slouží jako podklad pro právní analýzu. Je zde pojednáno o aspektech leasingu jako jeho přínos pro uživatele i poskytovatele, jeho výhody a vývoj na českém trhu. My bachelor thesis is dealing with both legal and economic analysis of leasing. Economic analysis is instrumental basic towards legal analysis in the first part. It explores implications of leasing as its benefits for lessor and lessee, its advantages and development on Czech market. The following part focuses on internal and international legal rules.
