Strategic analysis of a private outpatient physiotherapy facility
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice strategické analýzy podniku a jejího využití ve zdravotnickém sektoru. V práci je provedena strategická analýza soukromého ambulantního zařízení fyzioterapie. V práci je analyzována strategická pozice vybraného podniku s cílem nalezení oblastí pro zlepšení a rozvoj prostřednictvím nových strategií.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the issue of strategic analysis of a company and its utilization in the healthcare sector. A strategic analysis of a private outpatient facility is conducted in the thesis. The strategic position of the selected company is analyzed to identify areas for improvement and development through new strategies.
