The proposal to increase the interest of people to work as a business consultant in a particular company
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na posouzení současného problému společnosti, kterým je nedostatek kvalifikovaných pracovníků na obchodních pozicích ve věku čerstvých absolventů vysokých škol. Na základě načtení literatury byla provedena analýza včetně realizace dotazníků, na základě čehož byly popsány dvě kategorie návrhů, které by vedly k zefektivnění procesu náboru pracovníků na žádanou pozici.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is aimed at assessing the current problem of a company which is a lack of skilled workers in business positions at the age of the fresh graduates. Based on the literature current situation was analyzed and questionnaires were implemented based on which two categories of proposals were described that would lead to streamlining the process of recruitment to the desired position.
