Screening and Security Control in condition of Czech Republic Civil Aviation, other than passenger screening

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na detekční a bezpečnostní kontroly v podmínkách civilního letectví České republiky. Konkrétně se jedná o kontroly leteckého nákladu, pošty, letištních dodávek, palubních zásob, materiály a poštu leteckého dopravce. Spolu s jinými technikami, které tento proces doprovází. Popisuje současný stav a problematiku detekčních a bezpečnostních kontrol, se kterými se zaměstnanci letiště běžně setkávají. V části teoretické jsou zahrnuty základní prvky objektové ochrany letišť, celkové procesy kontrol osob jiných než cestujících a bližší seznámení s kontrolou zaměstnanců letišť. V části praktické je provedena deskripce a SWOT analýza metod a postupů detekčních a bezpečnostních kontrol. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s procesem těchto kontrol. Podrobněji popsat využití kontrolních prostředků, následně identifikovat jejich rezervy a navrhnout možná zefektivnění.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the detection and security controls in the conditions of civil aviation in the Czech Republic. Specifically, these are checks on air cargo, mail, airport supplies, in-flight supplies, materials and air carrier mail, along with other techniques that accompany this process. The thesis describes the current state and issues of detection and security controls that airport staff commonly encounter. The theoretical part includes the basic elements of airport security, the overall processes of inspections of persons other than passengers and a closer look at the inspection of airport employees. The practical part contains a description and SWOT analysis of methods and procedures of detection and security controls. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the process of checks to the reader and describe in more detail the use of control means, then identify their reserves and suggest potential improvements.
