Abstract:
V teoretické části je popsán historický vývoj endoskopické retrográdní cholangiopankreatografie. Je zde zmíněna také nezbytná anatomie, popis daného vyšetření, potřebná instrumentária a samozřejmě také průběh vyšetření. Najdeme zde i výčet možných komplikací. Obsahem praktické části je pět kazuistik, které se zaměřují na jednotlivé indikace k ERCP. Z těchto kazuistik jsou vyvozeny závěry formou diskuze …more
Abstract:
The theoretical part describes the historical development of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. There i also mention of the necesery anatomy, a description of the examination, the necesery instrumentation and of course, the course examinations. There are also a list of possible complications. The practical part contains five case studies, that focus on individual indications for ERCP. …more
