Diplomová práce stručně popisuje klinické projevy epilepsie ve stáří, základní informace o patofyziologii, epidemiologii, etiopatogenezi epilepsie a kvalitě života seniorů trpících tímto onemocněním. Empirická část práce poskytuje informace od respondentů trpících epilepsií, úrovní diagnostiky, léčby a subjektivní hodnocení kvality života seniorů s epilepsií. Abstract:
The thesis describes shortly clinical manifestations of epilepsy in old-age, basic information about pathophysiology, epidemiology, causes of epilepsy and quality of life in old-age. The empirical part of the thesis provides information from patients, who are sick with epilepsy.
