Abstract:

ŽILKOVÁ, Alica. Rozvoj gastroturismu na Jižní Moravě. [Bakalářská práce] University College Prague – Vysoká škola mezinárodních vztahů a Vysoká škola hotelová a ekonomická s.r.o. Praha: 2023. Celkový počet stran. 57. Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem rozvoje gastroturismu v jihomoravském regionu. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat předpoklady pro rozvoji gastroturismu v jihomoravském kraji a s tím související produktovou nabídku. Získané informace slouží jako materiály pro zpracování návrhů do návrhové části. Bakalářská práce je rozdělená na tři části. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů cestovního ruchu, gastronomického ruchu a trendů v součastné gastronomii. Analytická část je věnovává deskripci regionu, cestovního a gastronomického cestovního ruchu v Jihomoravském kraji. Součásti analytické částí je dotazníkové šetření a vymezení silných, slabých stránek, hrozeb a příležitostí za pomocí analýzy SWOT. Návrhová část práce představuje pět návrhů, které by mohly přispět k rozvoji gastronomického cestovního ruchu v Jihomoravském kraji.

[Bachelor’s Dissertation] University College Prague – College of International Relations and Institute of Hospitality Management and Economics Ltd. Prague: 2023 vydání. Total amount of pages 57. The bachelor thesis deals with the development of gastronomy in the South Moravian region. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the prerequisites for the development of gastrotourism in the South Moravian region and the related product offer. The obtained information serves as materials for the elaboration of proposals for the design part. The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of basic concepts of tourism, gastronomic tourism and trends in contemporary gastronomy. The analytical part is devoted to the description of the region, travel and gastronomic tourism in the South Moravian Region. The analytical part includes a questionnaire survey and the definition of strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities with the help of SWOT analysis. The proposal part of the thesis presents five proposals that could contribute to the development of gastronomic tourism in the South Moravian Region.
