Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma "Rizika porodu mimo zdravotnická zařízení" je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce se z počátku věnuje porodu a jeho dobami, vymezuje pojem porod a popisuje specifika komplikací týkajících se porodu. Uvádí možnosti znecitlivění, které má rodička v dnešní době k dispozici. Proto, abychom pochopili patologické těhotenství a s ním spojené rizikové těhotenství, je důležité nejdříve znát průběh fyziologického těhotenství. Délka těhotenství neodmyslitelně souvisí s matkou, plodem a možným vznikem rizik pro ně. Dvě kapitoly samostatně pojednávají o vzniku možných komplikací, které ohrožují na životě novorozence i matku. Konec teoretické části je věnován výkonu život zachraňujícímu, resuscitaci.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis "Risks of childbirth outside medical facilities" is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the work is initially focused on childbirth and its times, it defines the concept of childbirth and describes the specifics of complications related to childbirth. The theoretical part also lists the anesthesia options available to the mother nowadays. In order to understand pathological pregnancy and the associated high-risk pregnancy, it is important to know the course of physiological pregnancy. The length of pregnancy is inextricably linked to the mother, the fetus, and the possible risks to them. Two chapters separately discuss the emergence of possible complications that threaten the life of the newborn and mother. The conclusion of the theoretical part is focused on life-saving performance, resuscitation.
