Cíl této diplomové práce spočívá ve snaze poskytnout ucelený vhled do problematiky nezákonných zásahů ze strany orgánů veřejné správy vůči subjektům, které jsou adresáty takového výkonu veřejné moci se zaměřením primárně na ochranu zásahovou žalobou ve správním soudnictví.
