Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou restitucí majetku zabaveného na základě Norimberských zákonů. Popisuje průběh arizace, přípravy restitucí prostřednictvím dekretů prezidenta republiky a průběh restitučního řízení majetku konkrétních rodin a jejich jednání s příslušnými úřady. K řešení zadání byl použit výzkum založený na analýze a srovnání archivních pramenů. Provedenou analýzou jsem dospěla k potvrzení stanovené hypotézy, že restituční řízení v letech 1945–1947 bylo většinou zdlouhavé. Mnohdy se jednalo o nespravedlivý proces, který v mnoha případech nevedl k navrácení majetku právoplatným vlastníkům.

Abstract:

This work deals with the analysis of restitution of property which was confiscated by the Nuremberg Laws. The work describes arization, preparation for restitutions through decrees of the President of the Republic and the course of restitution proceedings of the property of specific families. Research based on archival sources was used to solve the hypothesis. The analysis led me to confirm the established hypothesis that the restitution proceedings in the years 1945 - 1947 were mostly a lengthy, often unfair process, which in many cases did not lead to the return of property to the rightful owners.
