Tématem práce je Veřejný ochránce práv a antidiskriminační zákon. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza efektivnosti činnosti Veřejného ochránce práv při ochraně před diskriminací. Theme of the bachelor thesis is the Ombudsman and the Anti-discrimination law. Thesis aims to analyze efficiency of activities the ombudsman in protecting against discrimination.
