Web services using REST architecture on .NET platform
Abstract:
Práce rozebírá architekturu REST z teoretického i praktického hlediska. Popisuje její základní pojmy a myšlenky ve vztahu z webovým službám. Představuje implementaci architektury na platformě .NET a zabývá se dalšími otázkami a problémy okolo vývoje a konzumace těchto služeb. Práce také obsahuje implementaci vzorové RESTové služby a přikládá materiály pro výuku daného tématu.
Abstract:
The thesis analyzes REST architecture from both theoretical and practical point of view. It describes the basic concepts and ideas in relation to web services. It also presents information on the implementation of REST architecture on .NET platform and discusses other issues and problems of development and consumption of these services.
