Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na právní úpravu orgánů kraje Vysočina. Práce popisuje vývoj vyšších územních samosprávných celků a reformy veřejné správy. Stěžejní částí je pojednání o postavení, složení, pravomocích a působnosti výborů a komisí orgánů kraje Vysočina. Práce se rovněž zmiňuje o odměňování členů výborů a komisí.

Diploma thesis deals with legal description of the regional bodies of the Vysočina Region. Diploma thesis describes the history of establishing superior self-governing territorial divisions and reform of public service in the Czech Republic.
