Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje morfologii a taxonomii vývojových stádií (larev neboli nymf) mer (Hemiptera: Sternorrhyncha: Psylloidea) ve střední Evropě, a to zejména doposud nepopsaným nebo málo známým larvám rodů Bactericera Puton, 1876, Eryngiofaga Klimaszewski, 1968 a Trioza Foerster, 1848 z čeledi Triozidae. Práce zahrnuje morfologické popisy pátého instaru larev druhů Bactericera bucegica (Dobreanu & Manolache, 1962); B. parastriola Conci, Ossiannilsson & Tamanini, 1988; Eryngiofaga lautereri Loginova, 1977; Trioza dichroa (Scott, 1879); T. foersteri Meyer-Dür, 1871; T. neglecta Loginova, 1978; T. proxima Flor, 1861; T. rumicis Löw, 1880; T. schrankii Flor, 1861; T. scottii Löw, 1880 a T. senecionis (Scopoli, 1763) na základě materiálu ze sbírek Moravského zemského muzea v Brně, srovnání výše zmíněných druhů s již dříve popsanými larvami podobných druhů a určovací klíč na aktuálně známé larvy čeledi Triozidae ve fauně střední Evropy. Diplomová práce je doplněna didaktickým výstupem v podobě prezentace o merách a pracovního listu, které jsou určeny k rozšíření výuky biologie na střední škole.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the morphology and taxonomy of immature stages (larvae or nymphs) of jumping plant-lice or psyllids (Hemiptera: Sternorrhyncha: Psylloidea) in central Europe. It is particularly focused on hitherto undescribed or little known larvae of the genera Bactericera Puton, 1876, Eryngiofaga Klimaszewski, 1968 and Trioza Foerster, 1848 from the family Triozidae. The thesis includes morphological descriptions of the fifth instar larvae of Bactericera bucegica (Dobreanu & Manolache, 1962); B. parastriola Conci, Ossiannilsson & Tamanini, 1988; Eryngiofaga lautereri Loginova, 1977; Trioza dichroa (Scott, 1879); T. foersteri Meyer-Dür, 1871; T. neglecta Loginova, 1978; T. proxima Flor, 1861; T. rumicis Löw, 1880; T. schrankii Flor, 1861; T. scottii Löw, 1880; and T. senecionis (Scopoli, 1763) based on the material from the collections of the Moravian Museum in Brno. The larvae of these species are compared with previously published larval descriptions and an identification key to the currently known larvae of the family Triozidae in the fauna of Central Europe is provided. The diploma thesis is complemented with a didactic part including a slide presentation and a worksheet, aiming to spread knowledge about psyllids among secondary school students.
