Abstract:
Izotermní titrační kalorimetrie je velmi citlivá metoda, která se využívá pro stanovování afinitních konstant jednotlivých makromolekul a ligandů. Zároveň je možná velmi dobrá termodynamická identifikace reakcí na základě vyzařování nebo pohlcování energie. Titrační kalorimetrie umožňuje převedení jakékoliv energie na teplo, a proto je nejvyhledávanější metodou v oblastech biochemie, genomového inženýrství …more
Abstract:
Isothermal titration calorimetry is a very sensitive method, which is used for measurement of the affinity constant and thermodynamics parameters. The principle of the method is transfer certain energy into heat, that makes this technique the method chosen for biotechnology and biochemistry.
