V této bakalářské práci se zabývám refluxní chorobou jícnu - příčinami vzniku, projevy a terapií onemocnění. V první kapitole popisuji anatomii a fyziologii jícnu, dále definuji základní pojmy, zabývám se historií nemoci a její epidemiologií. I deal with gastroesophageal reflux disease in this bachelor thesis - reasons of origin, symptoms and therapy of disorder. I describe anatomy and physilogy of esophagus in first chapter, further I define basic notions, I deal with history of disease and its epidemiology.
