Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení zájmu malých a velkých obcí o bytovou politiku. Celá práce se zabývá obcemi a městy, které se nachází v Kraji Vysočina. Cílem práce jsou přínosy, problémy bytové politiky. V práci je analyzován stav finančních prostředků na bytovou politiku dále pak také využívání obecních bytů a jejich dopad na rozvoj obce. The thesis focuses on the evaluation of interest in housing policy in villages and cities which are located in the Region of Highlands (Vysočina). The work deals with benefits and problems of the housing policy. The situation of financial resources for housing policy, use of municipal housing and their impact on the housing policy are analysed in the thesis.
