Possibilities of Energy Intensity Reduction of a Tower Block to Low-Energy/Passive Standard

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce je v první části zaměřena na průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy. Druhá část se zabývá možnostmi snížení energetické náročnosti reálného objektu, kterým je panelový dům. Třetí část ekonomicky hodnotí jednotlivé možnosti pro snížení energetické náročnosti panelového domu a vybírá tu, která je ekonomicky nejvýhodnější. Poslední část této práce se zabývá doporučeními pro praxi.

Abstract:

This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is focused on the energy performance of buildings in general. The second part of this work is aimed at the possibilities of reduction in energy intensity of the concrete building which is the real prefabricated house. The third part analyzes various options for reduction in energy intensity of this prefabricated house and chooses the most economically advantageous one. The final part deals with the recommendations for practice.
