Bakalářská práce se zabývá daňovými a účetními specifiky jednotlivých právních forem podnikání v ČR. Při zpracování daného téma bylo nutné vzít v úvahu tři oblasti: podnikání a jeho právní formy, účetnictví a daně. Každá z uvedených oblastí je regulována řadou právních předpisů. The bachelor thesis deals with the tax and accounting specifics of individual legal forms of business in the Czech Republic. In processing the topic, it was necessary to take into account three areas: business and its legal forms, accounting and taxes. Each of these areas is regulated by a number of pieces of legislation.
