Abstract:
This bachelor thesis examines the importance of commercial law relations and their comparison. The first chapter presents an overview of commercial law relations and ways of their formation. The second chapter describes the elements of these relations. The third chapter analzyes the Slovak and Czech business-law legislation on the basis of their comprison.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá významom obchodnoprávnych vzťahov a ich komparáciou.Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá charakteristikou obchodnoprávnych vzťahov a spôsobmi ich vzniku. Druhá kapitola popisuje prvky týchto vzťahov a spôsobmi ich vzniku. Tretia kapitola analyzuje slovenskú a českú právnu úpravu záväzkových vzťahov na základe komparácie.
