Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme určení spektrálního rozlišení spektrofotometrů. Definujeme vztah mezi Fresnelovými koeficienty pro vícevrstvé systémy a propustností (odrazivostí) měřenou spektrofotometry. In this thesis we study determination of the spectral resolution of the spectrophotometers. We define relation between the Fresnel coefficients for multilayer systems and transmittance (reflectance) measured by spectrophotometers.
