Tématem této bakalářské práce je výkon týmu a jeho hodnocení v pracovním procesu provozního týmu banky v kartovém centru České spořitelny, s.r.o. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsou obsaženy dvě kapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá samotným pracovním týmem, jeho formováním, nastavení cílů, týmovým rolím a funkcí vedoucího týmu. The topic of this Bachelor´s Thesis is the team's performance and its evaluation in the process of operating team in Card center of Czech Savings Bank, Ltd.
