Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou delikventního chování mládeže. Na začátku práce v její teoretické části jsou nejprve vymezeny a definovány základní pojmy související s hlavním tématem práce. Věnuji v ní pozornost zejména příčinám delikvence mládeže, jakými jsou například genetika, osobnost, rodina apod., a také tomu, jaký vliv mají právě tyto jednotlivé faktory na vývoj delikventního chování jedince. Na světě není nic pouze černobílé, tak je tomu i u těchto konkrétních činitelů, které se na vývoji člověka podílejí. Nelze striktně říci, že hlavní a jedinou příčinou je genetika nebo rodina nebo cokoliv jiného. Zatímco sociolog považuje za velmi významný vliv na utváření člověka společnost a prostředí, v němž se jedinec nachází a v němž vyrůstá, pro genetika je rozhodující pro chování jedince především jeho DNA. Závěry hlavního vlivu na utváření jedince proto nejsou jednoznačné. Dále se budu zabývat různými druhy delikvence, které jsou pro mládež typické. Taktéž zmíním i způsoby, jimiž lze delikventně jednajícímu mladistvému pomoci, aby takového chování zanechal a nejlépe přišel sám na to, že bude pro něj a okolí nejlepší, když se v budoucnu tohoto jednání již nedopustí.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of delinquent behavior of youth. At the beginning of the work in its theoretical part are defined basic terms related to the main topic of the work. In this part of the work I pay particular attention especially to causes of juvenile delinquency, which are for example: genetics, personality, family and so on and also that what influence these individual factors have to the development of delinquent behavior of an individual person. There is nothing in the world just black and white, this is also the case for these specific factors, which participate in human development. It cannot be strictly said that the main and only cause is genetics or family or anything else. While the sociologist considers a very significant influence for the formation of human society and surroundings in which an individual person is located and in which he grows up, for geneticists, it is crucial for the behavior of an individual person, especially his DNA. Therefore, conclusions of the main influence on the formation of the individual are not clear. Next, I will deal with different types of delinquency which are typical for young people. I will also mention the ways in which a delinquent juvenile can be helped to give up such behavior and he best figured it out himself, that it will be best for him and his surroundings, when he won't commit any delinquency in further.
