Posouzení systému zálohování vratných obalů ve Švédsku a České republice

Abstract:

Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit současný systém zálohování PET lahví a plechovek ve Švédsku a plánovaný systém zálohování v České republice a tyto systémy porovnat. Dále bylo cílem zjistit, zda je zavedení zálohovacího systému v ČR nevyhnutelné. Zároveň bylo záměrem zjistit, jaké klíčové faktory tvoří švédský systém efektivní a implementovat je do systému ČR pro zvýšení jeho efektivity. Data byla sbírána pomocí obsahové analýzy z internetových portálů, především webových stránek švédského operátora Pantamera.se, oficiálních stránek ministerstva životního prostředí ČR a dalších dostupných zdrojů. Data byla zpracována na základě obsahové analýzy pro popsání jednotlivých systémů, absolutního přírůstku a lineární regresní analýzy ke zjištění potřeby zavedení systému v ČR, modelu porovnání jednotlivých systémů pro odhalení klíčových faktorů švédského systému a analýzy scénářů pro zjištění dopadů implementace těchto faktorů do systému ČR. Výsledky naznačovaly, že Švédsko má jeden z nejfunkčnějších systémů zálohování na světe a ČR by se mohla inspirovat v infrastruktuře, způsobu výplaty záloh, diferenciaci výše záloh a marketingu. Pro zjištění dopadů implementace švédských faktorů do systému ČR by byla nutná hlubší analýza.

Abstract:

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the current PET bottle and can return system in Sweden and the planned return system in the Czech Republic and to compare these systems. Furthermore, the objective was to determine whether the introduction of a return system in the Czech Republic is inevitable. At the same time, the intention was to find out what key factors make the Swedish system effective and to implement them in the Czech system to increase its effectiveness. Data was collected using content analysis from internet portals, mainly the website of the Swedish operator Pantamera.se, the official website of the Ministry of Environment of the Czech Republic and other available sources. The data was processed based on content analysis to describe each system, absolute increase and linear regression analysis to determine the need for implementation of the system in the Czech Republic, a model comparing each system to reveal key factors of the Swedish system, and scenario analysis to determine the impacts of implementing these factors in the Czech Republic system. The results suggested that Sweden has one of the most functional return systems in the world and the Czech Republic could take inspiration from the infrastructure, the way deposits are paid, the differentiation of the amount of deposits, and marketing. A more in-depth analysis would be required to determine the impact of implementing Swedish factors into the Czech system.
