Abstract:
Diplomová práce se soustředí na identifikaci determinantů cen nemovitostí prostřednictvím hedonické ceny. Cílem diplomové práce je pochopení heterogenity a komplexity trhu nemovitostí. V práci jsou zkoumány prodejní ceny nemovitostí ve státě New York v období od roku 2009 do 2016. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje charakteristiky nemovitostí. The thesis is focused on the identification of real estate price determinants through a hedonic pricing model. The thesis is focused on understanding of the heterogeneity and complexity of real estate market.
