Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Dárci krve FN Brno se známkami infekce HBV, HCV a HIV, konfirmováni v Národních referenčních laboratořích, SZÚ v Praze“ zahrnuje základní informace o dárcovství krve, hemoterapii a krví přenosných infekcích. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce jsou kapitoly týkající se problematiky HIV a hepatitid, a možností jejich diagnostiky. Jsou zde také nastíněna infekční rizika spojená s dárcovstvím krve a jak jim pomocí screeningových vyšetření předcházet. V praktické části jsou zpracovávány údaje ze souboru dárců krve FN Brno, kteří byli v letech 2000-2012 pozitivně konfirmováni v NRL SZÚ Praha na přítomnost infekce virem hepatitidy B, hepatitidy C a virem HIV. Na základě výsledků je výstupem práce stanovení profilu dárce krve TTO FN Brno, který představuje největší potenciální riziko jako zdroj krví přenosných infekcí HIV, virové hepatitidy B a virové hepatitidy C.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis "Blood donors of FN Brno with signs of infection HBV, HCV and HIV, confirmed in the National Reference Laboratories of the National Institute of Public Health in Prague" includes basic information about blood donation, haemotherapy and blood-borne infections. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part of the thesis are chapters relating to the problems of HIV and hepatitis and the possibilities of their diagnosing. The work also outlines risks connected with blood donation and the way to help prevent them with screening tests. The practical part works with processed data from the files of blood donors of the FN Brno who were confirmed as positive on presence of infection with hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV by NRL NIPH between 2000 and 2012. Based on the results, the outcome of this work is a "profile" of a blood donor of TTO FN Brno, which represents the largest potential risk as a source of blood-borne infections of HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
