Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem ohledání místa činu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretická a praktická část. Teoretická část je vytvořena na základě odborné literatury a její hlavní podstatou je vysvětlení pojmu ohledání místa činu, jaké jsou postupy při ohledání místa kriminalisticky relevantní události, aby bylo ohledání co nejkvalitnější pro další vyšetřování. Dále taktiky a metody při ohledání místa činu. Jsou zde uvedeny zásady, které provádí celé ohledání, prvotní zásah na místě činu, příprava ohledání a v neposlední řadě je v práci zahrnuta dokumentace místa činu. V praktické části je hlavní prioritou fiktivní místo činu, kdy se jedná o ohledání mrtvoly, byla provedena fotodokumentace a zajištění nalezených stop v jejíž blízkosti a zaslány ke zkoumání.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the topic of crime scene investigation. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is created on the basis of professional literature and its main essence is the explanation of the concept of crime scene investigation is of the highest quality for further investogations. Furthermore tactics and methods when examining the crime scene. The principles that carry out the entire investigation, the initial intervention at the scene of crime the preparation of the investigation and in the last time but not least is the documentation of the crime scene are included in the work. In the practical part the main priority is the fictitious crime scene where the corpse is examined, photo documentation was made and forensic traces found in its vicinity and sent for examination.
