Rigorózní práce si klade za cíl vymezit pojem „nepoctivý záměr“ v insolvenčním řízení a rozebrat jeho zkoumání insolvenčními soudy v průběhu insolvenčního řízení. Abstract:
The thesis aims to define the term "dishonest intention" in insolvency proceedings and analyze its assessment of the insolvency court in the insolvency proceedings. Due to wide range that this topic offers, I concentrated only on dishonest intent of the debtor in remedial ways of dealing with bankruptcy, and not on other subjects which can possibly have dishonest intent.
