Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma interní komunikace ve firmě a jejího vlivu na spokojenost zaměstnanců. Cílem praktické části této práce je zjistit, jak zaměstnanci vnímají interní komunikaci ve firmě a jak to ovlivňuje jejich spokojenost.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the internal communication and its impact on employee satisfaction. The practical part of this work is to find out how employees perceive internal communication within the company and how it affects their satisfaction.
