Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Podnikový informační systém a jeho funkce“ je srovnání starého a nového informačního systému v podniku XY a následné vyhodnocení změn, ke kterým dojde implementací nového systému. V první části práce jsou objasněny základní pojmy a je vymezen obsah manažerského účetnictví a controllingu. Ve druhé části je představen podnik, jeho výroba, organizační a ekonomická struktura. Jsou zde srovnány oba informační systémy a vyhodnoceny změny.

Abstract:

The object of this bachelor work, "An informative system of an enterprise and its functions", is a comparison of an old and a new informative system in an enterprise XY and an interpretation of the changes, which are caused by an implementation of the new system. In the first part of this work, basic concepts are clarified and a subject-matter of manager accounting and controlling. In the second part, production, organizational and economic structures are introduced. Both informative systems are compared and the changes are analysed.
