Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem leadershipu a delegování, konkrétněji pak aplikací teoretických konceptů z oblasti delegování na vybrané leadery v konkrétní firmě. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat, jakým způsobem chápou vybraní leadeři delegování a jak ho využívají. Dále pak bylo cílem proces delegování porovnat z různých úhlů pohledu nadřízených a podřízených. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of leadership and delegation, more specifically with the application of theoretical concepts of the delegation to the chosen leaders in a particular company.
