Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studium mutací v genu Depdc5, které byly nalezeny u pacientů s maligním melanomem. Gen Depdc5 kóduje protein DEPDC5, ten je součástí komplexu GATOR1 podílejícího se na buněčné signalizaci. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuse on the mutations of Depdc5 gene found in patients with malignant melanoma. The Depdc5 gene encodes DEPDC5 protein, which is a part of the GATOR1 protein complex, that participates in the mTOR signaling pathway.
