The Right to Self-determination of Kurdish People
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice práva na sebeurčení, konkrétně práva na sebeurčení kurdského národa. Je zde rozebrán teoretický základ, důležité pojmy. Stěžejní část práce se věnuje vývoji kurdského problému na Blízkém východě. Původ Kurdů, jejich historie i současnost. Cílem práce je zjistit, zdali mají Kurdové právo na sebeurčení.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis about Kurdish people and their right to self-determination. Thesis contains explanation of theoretical terms like nation, separatism. Briefly describes different areas of the world with separatistic ambitions. Main part of the work is about Kurdish people, their history, their present and possible future development.
